This is the discipline of the Arkady bloodline.
[1] Level One: The ability to read at an increased rate due to heightened vampire abilities. The rate at which printed matter can be read is: 25 pages/turn. This rate does not increase.
[2] Level Two: The ability to memorize the contents of books or pieces of writing to the point of recitation by memory. It costs 1 point of Willpower to do this and has the following limitations based on a WILL+INT roll:
1 success: 150 pages of text memorized
2 successes: 500 pages of text memorized
3 successes: 1000 pages of text memorized
4 successes: 5000 pages of text memorized
5 successes: 10000 pages of text memorized
[3] Level Three: The ability to stay awake and functioning during daylight hours. Of course one must be out of contact with the sun during this time. It involves a WILL+SCRIPTUM roll at a difficulty of 7. Each success allows the vampire to stay awake and do MINOR activites like reading or writing during the day. NOTE: Fighting, involved conversations and moving about are not MINOR activities!
[4] Level Four: The ability to shift one's self momentarily through obstructions like doors and walls. It is a minor form of teleportation which allows the vampire to move in any direction up to 40 feet. A roll of STAMINA+SCRIPTUM must be made. And 1 blood point is spent for every 10 feet travelled. NOTE: 1 blood point is spent for 5 feet, 1 for 10 feet, 2 for 20 feet...)
1 success: 5 feet
2 successes: 10 feet
3 successes: 20 feet
4 successes: 30 feet
5 successes: 40 feet
[5] Level Five: The ability to call a gathering of all Arkady members within a certain radius. This call will be heard and is very difficult to ignore (WILL+STAMINA at 7 Difficulty). Once heard, the member will now instinctively where the meeting is and when it is. It will be prioritized over all other pursuits including current studies. It is done by expending 2 blood points and a roll of SCRIPTUS at a Difficulty of 7.
1 success: 25 miles
2 successes: 75 miles
3 successes: 350 miles
4 successes: 1000 miles
5 successes: 2750 miles

Personally, since WW has the turn as a fluid value, i.e., whatever time the ST decides is ok, I'd set a per minute or per second value here.
Scriptus Level Three: (...) Each success allows the vampire to stay awake and do MINOR activites like reading or writing during the day.
The wording here doesn't make sense. Each success lets the vampire stay awake? I'd prefer a 1 success: 1 hour of activity rate.
Scriptus Level Four:
I really don't see how this applies to a bunch of bookworms, unless you use it to break into libraries that aren't open.
