POWERS: Dream is the Shaper of the dreams of all creatures. Each night,
some part of a sleeping person's spirit enters his realm, known as the
Dreaming. Dream can control the dreams of anyone he choses, and has, in
fact constructed them all. Every dream, from the gentle Fiddler's Green to
the horrifying Corinthian was created by Dream. Dream is also the lord of
stories and tales. Some mortals who become engrained in myth and stories
may stay in the dreaming after death, particularly if they died in their
sleep. Cain and Able (and this makes for a great V:tM plot) reside in the
Dreaming (This Cain was never a Vampire), along with Eve. Dream can
create anything from dreamstuff, and is omnipotent in his own realm.
However, the Dreaming does have laws, that Dream made himself. He cannot
kill a mortal, unless that mortal is a vortex (see comics). There are
other laws as well. Dream has also shown the ability to banish the dead
from this plane (watch out!) and alter the perceptions of waking mortals.

NOTES: Dream is a quiet being, only speaking what is nessecary. Dream will
do whatever is nessecary to further his own goals. In this he is somewhat
ruthless, although he has mellowed some in the past two thousand years.
Dream trusts his sister Death more than any other, although he does
confide in, and take advice from, Lucien, the librarian, and Matthew, the
Raven. He has a very strong sense of responsibility, and is the most loyal
of the Endless to his duties, excepting his elder siblings Destiny and
Death.
